Cancellation Policy
To offer our discounted subscription pricing, we require a minimum of three monthly orders. We chose three because that's how long it takes for real change in your dog's gut to settle in — and how long most subscribers need before they decide the routine is working.
After your third delivery, you can cancel anytime directly from your account. No phone calls, no questions. If you choose to cancel before your third order, we'll cancel your subscription — but the difference between the subscription price and the one-time purchase price will apply.
