Order Processing & Shipping Policy

At Petwell, we strive to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, as it enters our fulfillment process immediately.

Our Shipping Guarantee

If your order is marked as a gift, we’ll prioritise it accordingly. Gift orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Please note that while most packages arrive on time, some deliveries may experience slight delays. If your order takes a little longer, we appreciate your patience — we’re confident it will be worth the wait.


Returns Policy

We take great care to ensure all Petwell products are made and packaged to the highest standards. However, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase


Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns must follow Petwell’s Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures. To request a return, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service team.

  • Returns without an RMA will be returned to the sender at their own expense and will not be refunded

  • If an RMA number is issued but the return is not received within 30 days, the RMA may be cancelled

  • You may cancel an RMA at any time before shipping the item by notifying us in writing

  • Once a valid return is received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days
